I wrote this track at a time where I felt like I belonged no where, at a time where I felt crazy (not for the first time). I spent a lot of my time battling myself and feeling left out.

This song is about the "crazy" shit that goes on in our heads that we feel like we can't tell anyone. I wrote this in hopes that other people could relate and hopefully feel less "alone."
