This song is about what it's like to be suicidal.

Suicide is something that has affected my life on both ends.
I have lost 2 friends to suicide, a friend who now can't walk and spent three weeks in a coma and i and have been hospitalised for a suicide attempt.

We lose people to the littlest things, but the littlest things can save them. I wrote this in hopes that people could get an insight into what it's like to feel like there is no where else to turn.

I encourage anyone suffering to seek the help they need and don't be afraid to speak up. Look out for one another and don't be afraid to ask someone, "are you okay?"

Always tell your friends and family you love them, a small act of kindness can make a difference.
